1-Agreement:
We require an e-mail from the advertiser ordering job posting or advertising (banner or link), before it can be scheduled to run. Banners, key links, news releases and/or job posting will be entered into rotation, updated and/or newscasted within 24 hours after payment. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any job posting or advertising at any time. Note: all ad spaces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
2-Payment:
Payment for all insertions must be made in advance.Fees for services will be billed upon acceptance of the order and are due and payable within 14 days of our invoice. Late payment may result in the cancellation of our services. For more information on payment solutions, please contact: accounting@hostedjob.com
3-Renewal:
Pricing and condition for any renewal (banners & links) are subject to change from time to time. |
4-Job Posting Spelling and Grammar:
The organisation submitting a job posting is responsible for spelling and grammar.
5-Content of Advertisements:
Our advertising program and/or job post will focus primarily on hospitality related advertisements. Advertising should not contain material that we consider to constitute or promote discrimination. No adult material, gambling, alcohol or tobacco advertising will be accepted.
6-Cancellation:
Insertion Orders cannot be cancelled by the advertiser.
7-Miscellaneous:
These standard terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Advertiser shall make no public announcement regarding the existence or content of the insertion order without our written approval, which may be withheld at the sole discretion of HostedJob Ltd. |
