Recruitment process & selection:
- As soon as you contact us, you will be assigned your own consultant who will manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Through our database, network and advertising, we will pre-select candidates and identify those who match your specifications.
- Once candidates are identified, we will implement our proven techniques to select a few top nominees and will pilot first-interview on your behalf.

Fee Structure:

We offer an Exclusive Flat Fee Structure Per Enrolment. This fee structure is lower than all of our competitors as we want you to be completely satisfied with the rate we market. The Placement Fee will be due ONLY after an applicant starts employment.
Special Fees may be negotiated with clients for preferred supplier status or volume business. Please contact us for a detailed copy of our fees' terms & conditions.

Replacement Guarantee:

We stand behind all of our placements with an Exclusive 100 Day Replacement Guarantee, one of the most competitive in the business today. If the candidate is terminated or resigns during his first 100 days of employment, we will credit your placement fee toward a replacement search if notified within 7 days of termination or resignation. Any days remaining on the 100 day guarantee will be applied to the next placement.
This guarantee does not apply in the case of elimination of the position, downsizing or restructuring.
