The successful applicant will possess the following qualities:

Proven history of no less than five years of operational experience.
Good culinary knowledge.
Knowledge of health department rules and regulation.
Willing and able to work flexible hours as dictated by operational demands.
Spanich verbal and written communication skills
Revenue forecasting.
Proficient with computer applications.
Ability to manage up to 80 employees.
