We are looking for a strong hand-on Kitchen Sous-Chef.

You will be responsible to assume the role of the head in his absence and cook on a daily basis according to business requirements.

Together with the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the direct supervision over all employees engaged in the Kitchen.
