We are currently looking for a Foreman (Site Manager) to be in charge of our clients' restaurants projects development in Qatar (Doha).

To be considered for this position you should:

- Min. 10 years of experience, preferable in finishing/fit-out works.
- Very good command of English.
- Proven track record of working as a foreman in construction and fit-out of restaurants.
- Familiarity with final finishing materials and indoor MEP works of restaurants.
- Ability to adjust and follow up fit-out works with tight schedules.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to read interior design drawings and monitor contractors on a daily basis.
- Participate coordination meetings with the consultant and the contractors and the project manager when required.
- Identify and communicate the needs of the contractor to the project manager in advance.
- Visit different units under construction and perform control checks throughout the works.
- Keep track of consultant’s engineers’ inspection reports and make sure contractors follow them.
- Report deviations from the approved schedule.
- Make sure that contractors comply with health and safety regulations at site.
- Good command of CAD, Excel and Word. Able to draft reports in English.
